The business has shot to early success with the team adding six new employees in their first year. They had outgrown their old space and needed a new home which had a community feel and a connection to other businesses.

Finding the balance

Start-ups grow fast and we had to find a new space for Venditio on a short timescale. We were asked by their director, Sophie Sever, to present three options as fast as possible.

We found three suitable spaces and quickly booked in viewings. Following this, Vendition chose flex operator Huckletree at the Express Building and signed up to a 12 month contract. They had access to events, accelerator programs, podcast studio, bar area, event space and had great natural light - all in the heart of Ancoats.

This fun environment is specfically designed for start-ups and scale-ups and offered the possibility of moving in immediately - a factor that was vital for Venditio.

Our market intelligence allowed us to respond quickly and meet all of Venditio's needs on an extremely short timeframe. The deal was finally closed within three days of the initial phone call.
