Managed offices provide you more space per person in their people to space ratios however it comes with all the benefits/flexibility of a serviced office. A managed office allows you more personalisation of your office along with the privacy. A managed office includes; rent, rates, service charge, fit-out & furniture, utilities, telcom, cleaning and even teas/coffees.

Good question! If we are searching for serviced offices we deliver this free of charge for our clients because every UK flexible workspace operator pays an introductory fee. If we are searching for leased office options we are paid by the tenant on 10% of costs we save you on the rent free by negotiating against the landlord!
If you are looking for leased/managed workspace we would advise that you begin to kick off the project anywhere between 6-12 months prior to your desired move in date into the new premises. If you are looking for serviced offices, we advise that you begin 1-3 months prior to your desired move in date into the new premises.
