Joe Averill is the Founder of Level who created the business in February 2022. He was born and raised in Manchester, and has a background which combines both tech and property. Joe was part of a tech business that raised $25 million and scaled from 10 to 100 people, based in Manchester’s very first digital hub - The Sharp Project. He then took a U-turn into the world of property at a commercial leasing agency, quickly identifying that there was a gap in the market to turn the business model on its head and solely represent tenants.

Halima is part of Level’s workspace advisory team and has an extensive background in serviced offices, her previous role was the GM at an international flexible workspace operator. Halima can speak 3 languages; French, Arabic and English!
Workspace Advisor
Sam is part of Level’s flexible workspace advisory team supporting businesses to find flexible workspace all over the UK! His background is in sales however he has taken to the workspace industry like a duck to water. Sam loves to play golf, tennis and paddle!
