Based in London and Manchester, Bruin employs more than 100 people and had previously been based in a WeWork facility.

However, as the company’s team grew fast following years of success, more space was needed. They were tired of the WeWork space and wanted a change of scenery within the Spinningfields area.

The company also had a limited budget for the move and desired a space which offered a professional look and feel for their brand.

Bringing in the experts

Following an initial call with Rachael Fish, Bruin's Associate Director, we created an initial workspace report in a week showing all the available options in Spinningfields that suited their criteria.

Bold, a flexible workspace operator in Bauhaus, provided a professional, clean and corporate option that nonetheless also offers an enjoyable community atmosphere for staff. For example, the building's wi-fi connected rooftop space offers a different environment to work in when needed.

This sustainable, Grade A space is also home to relevant companies like Praetura and Connex One in Bruin's sector.

In addition to meeting all the requirements given to us by Bruin, we were also able to save them 17% on rent over a one-year term.
