Helping Gibson Hollyhomes plan for the future

Recruitment agency Gibson Hollyhomes boasts specialisms across the legal sector, property, accounting and finance and sales and temporary services.

Following the addition of five staff in 2022, the company planned another recruitment push in 2023 which would bring another five employees through the door.

Ahead of that move, The Gibson Hollyhomes leadership team chose Level to find an office space which was appropriate for what the company would become in the future.

They needed a space in either Spinningfields or Castlefield to be in the right place for their business, providing a limitation for Level to overcome in the search process.

Growth plans reliant on office space

We contacted every office space operator in Spinningfields and Castlefield to get their live availability and found a premium serviced office option which looked out on to the Spinningfields district and had its own private kitchen.

This was the company's ideal location and had parking that was also close to where some of their other team parked. It was the professional look and feel they’d hoped for and also the workspace could accommodate their growth plans.

Gibson Hollyhomes decided the XYZ Building offered everything they needed and signed up for a 12-month term which included a 23% discount on rent secured by Level.
