Robiquity, born in Manchester but with a global presence including London, North America and Cairo, will move to Transmission in Enterprise City.
The UK’s market leader in Intelligent Automation (IA) employs 110 people and has taken 5,694 sq ft - with workspace advice specialist Level securing the deal.

Level, which solely represents tenants, has delivered a record month for office deals,
Virtus Talent have signed up for 1,500 sq ft at ABC Buildings, also in Enterprise City, Codurance have taken 18 desks at Bonded Warehouse while Gibson Hollyhomes’ have signed for a 20-desk premium suite at Department XYZ in Spinningfields.
Level founder Joe Averill said:

“Before the new year came in, Level delivered a record month which also saw deals completed for Bruin Financial taking 10 desks at Bold and Accounts & Legal signing for 1,292 sq ft at Manchester Club with Bruntwood.
“It’s no secret that the quality of buildings is advancing at a rate of knots. Businesses are increasingly aware of the power of quality amenity towards the wider culture piece. A nice new office isn’t the sole answer to a strong culture but workspace certainly plays a key part.
