It has been an exciting journey for INEVITABLE which was named ‘best tech start up’ at the MEN tech awards as well as taking on more team members.

The company delivers a range of services, including, AI development, CTO services and technical due diligence for investors who are looking to invest in new tech start-ups. Investors and Start-ups are able to leverage the teams specialist knowledge and expertise to assess the capabilities and provide technical strategies to scale companies pre or post investment.

However, as they expanded the need fora new workspace became apparent. Their previous office was not an inclusive space for staff, and the company also wanted to be around other similar companies in a tech accelerator environment.

Aligning business and property strategies

Level supported Inevitable to deliver an inclusive property strategy fit for their senior technical team’s requirements. 

There were a range of factors included within the property strategy such as neurodiversity, disabled access, reasonable adjustments amongst other areas. 

We proceeded with a hyper-specific office search and presented space at Bonded Warehouse which offered everything they needed including disabled access for the founders and a tech accelerator environment to promote the growth of the business.

We had to go through huge amounts of diligence with each operator and also ensure we did our cost due diligence for the INEVITABLE team. We received quotes from each operator and INEVITABLE also did trial days to ensure they felt comfortable with the environment.
