When choosing Manchester the business envisaged a close connection between the three offices. Good rail links between London and Manchester, and the many direct flights every day between all three cities will make it easy for our people to collaborate across our offices.

However, Codurance was let down by a previous landlord which went into administration and left the company homeless just before the Christmas break.

They needed a tech community in the city centre where they could host events, and they needed to move fast. This urgent timeline and the need for connectivity was a key factor that informed our office search process at every stage.

The Level team came in over the Christmas break to analyse the available spaces on the market and conduct viewings with Codurance to make sure they were able to move in the New Year. Our initial workspace report was produced in just 24 hours to get the process started.

The consultation was turned around in a single week over Christmas thanks to the hard work and knowledge of the Level team, including Managing Director Joe Averill who personally drove to the Codurance director's house with the contracts and then delivered them to Bonded Warehouse by hand.
