Accounts and legal is growing fast and they launched a search for their third office in Manchester in 2020.
Level was appointed by Accounts and Legal to lead the search for their new office space in Manchester.
Now boasting more than 50 employees in Manchester, a change was needed from the company’s previous base at 125 Deansgate as it no longer suited the size or direction of the company.
They wanted to move fast as their previous lease was coming to an end. They also required a fully fitted out space which was able to accommodate a growing team, and it had to be private as they didn't want another serviced office.
Modern workspace for a forward-thinking company
Accounts and Legal had already been on viewings when they contacted Level, but had found no success up to that point.
We listened to the Accounts and Legal team to understand what they desired in a workspace and what their growth plans included. It was clear that the company needed an office that was an ambitious and forward-thinking as they were.
With that in mind, we presented space at Bruntwood’s Manchester Club, an impressive Victorian Gothic Grade II* listed building in Manchester’s central business district and Civic Quarter.
The space was fully fitted out in prime location of Manchester, King Street and great natural light, had their own kitchenette already fitted into the space too. This allowed them to brand the space and get on with business very quickly which was perfect for Accounts and Legal.
The company took 1,292 sqft of space and moved in quickly to get working and continue growing the company. We secured them six monthsrent free and saved them the capital expenditure of a fit out - a major positive for a growing business.
Accounts and Legal Director Stuart Hurst runs the Manchester office. He said: “Our first Manchester office gave us a solid footing in the city but we knew the time was right to move on and forward.
“Manchester Club, given its historic importance as a building and its prime location, was the option Level presented and we didn’t need to look beyond this.
“Level made what can be a very stressful process smooth from start to finish. The holistic advice provided allowed our team to continue their brilliant work during the transition and we are now settled in.”
Joe Averill, Managing Director at Level, said: “Accounts and Legal were struggling to find their ideal office and had already been out in the market looking without LEVEL. Therefore, they had a good idea of what they wanted, they just didn’t know where to source it.
"We made sure their time was spent looking at relevant options and on the first day of viewings we found a workspace they fell in love with at Manchester Club. The solution is a hassle free fully fitted out workspace and I’m glad the team love their new home!”
